Information you provide
- Invite code, username, phone number, selected country, and password during registration.
- Optional email for sign-in, password recovery, receipts, and account notifications.
- Fixture screenshots, selected market, support messages, and profile updates.
- Payment references and statuses returned by the configured payment provider; full card details are not stored by this application.
How information is used
- Authenticate accounts and prevent unauthorized registration.
- Provide wallet, package, prediction, transaction, and support features.
- Send password-reset codes and relevant transaction notifications.
- Detect abuse, enforce limits, support administrator approval, and maintain audit history.
AI processing
When AI analysis is configured, the fixture screenshot and selected market are sent securely to the configured AI provider for processing. Requests are configured not to be stored by the provider where supported. Do not upload unrelated personal or sensitive images.
Security and retention
Passwords and invite codes are stored as salted hashes. Reset codes are stored as keyed hashes and expire after ten minutes. Uploaded screenshots are placed outside direct public access and may be deleted on a scheduled retention cycle. No system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may update your username, phone, optional email, and theme in Account. Country and wallet currency changes require support review after financial activity. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
